Our mission is to make ready-to-eat meals healthier, better tasting, more customizable, and more affordable.

About Us

Meals and Go is the sister concept to Salad and Go, America’s fastest growing healthy drive-thru restaurant. By leveraging Salad and Go’s operations, buying power, and using a less expensive pickup rather than shipping model, Meals and Go is able to offer customizable, fresh and whole foods in a globally inspired menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, for only $6 each.

  • Fresh, whole, natural ingredients
    We believe in clean, fresh, and whole foods, and organic whenever possible, made by people passionate about great food. We use lean and quality meats, only the freshest fruits and veggies, healthy fats (from sources like extra virgin olive oil and avocados), and nutrient-rich complex carbs (like whole potatoes, quinoa and brown rice), to fill you up and keep you going for hours.
  • No artificial sweeteners
    We believe in letting the natural sugars in whole foods shine through. Only rarely will we add a sweetener, and when we do, it will be coconut sugar in small quantities or, in limited cases, honey.
  • Gluten-free
    All of our Meals are gluten-free so those with celiac disease, or simply seeking a gluten-free diet, can have a full range of options with us.
  • Vegan
    Most of our non-Featured Meals can be made vegan by selecting organic tofu as the protein option. The veggies, grains/starches, and sauces for the vast majority of our non-Featured Meals are all vegan.
  • Customizable and dairy-free options
    Have your enchiladas with chicken this week, steak the next, and organic tofu the next. All non-Featured Meals can be customized with your choice of protein or, in the case of egg entrees, substituted with egg whites. Many Meals are also dairy-free.
  • Seasonally inspired Featured Meals
